Pathways II, Year 2

IF YOU ARE A PATHWAYS II, Year 2 PERSON, follow these instructions:

• Click on the link below.
• On the bottom of the form, you will see the names of all three coaches. Toggle to the coach you’d like to work with and/or the coach with an opening during the time when you want to work with the coach.
• Enter your name, the class period IN WHICH YOU TEACH and would prefer the coach partner with you during when they are in your room, and the periods you have planning time.
• CLICK HERE TO BE TAKEN TO THE SIGN UP SHEET.

Note:If you are a pathways 2 person, and you don’t sign up by the deadline of AUGEST 24TH, a coach will sign you up and contact you.
